Initially we will meet you to discuss in detail your requirements. We will ask you to answer many detailed questions as it is important that we understand who you are, what your needs are, what you life style is and might therefore understand what type of property will best suit you. If there is not time to meet up then we will do so by telephone. We are working on your behalf. We will provide a bespoke service tailored to your needs. As a small specialist agency it is vital to understand our customers' needs and deliver you and your family a property that you will be happy with for perhaps many years

We only work for a limited number of clients, so no two clients' requirements conflict.
If we feel we are unable to help you we will say so upfront.

You may, for example, wish to move to a very specific area within which we already have clients looking at houses in the same price range. We may think it unwise to have the conflict of servicing more than one client with similar requirements.

We will do all the chasing for you. We maintain contact with a large number of estate agents and visit their offices regularly.

We are often aware of properties through word of mouth that are not yet on the market, and will act immediately on your behalf.

We will carry out a targeted direct approach campaign

Whenever appropriate we will accompany you when you view the properties

We will shortlist and view prospective homes and provide pictures and where possible video footage for you to view.

We will provide information on the facilities available in the areas that are relevant to you.

We can provide information on the UK education system, both state and private and check on availability for you. We can arrange school visits and help and support you through the whole process.
